Dragoneye Errata:
It appears the description of the Death Burst and Sidestepabilities have been inadvertently left off the rules-sheet included inthe expansion packs. Here's the correct text of those abilities:
Death Burst (ENERGY [#]; DC [#]): When acreature with this special ability is destroyed by damage, all adjacentcreatures take the given amount of the indicated type of damage. Asuccessful save reduces the damage to half. Sidestep: If this creature moves only 1 square, itdoes not draw attacks of opportunity and can make a full attack.
The Description of the Entangle ability has changedin the MHb. This affects the Large Monstrous Spider; here's the correcttext:
Entangle/Entangled: (Spell/Ability Effect) Acreature subject to this effect is unable to move if it does not make asuccessful save against the effect's indicated DC. At the end of anentangled creature's turn, it makes another save (same DC). If thissave succeeds, the entangle effect is removed and the creature can actnormally on its next turn. Entangle effects sometimes produce an area of difficultterrain. Even if a creature succeeds on its save, if it is in thatarea, it must still pay the normal costs for movement through difficultterrain.
These figure's stat cards also need emendation:
- Dire Lion (Dragoneye: LG/CG, 11/60): Pouncespecial ability--add "(When charging, this creature can make multipleattacks as if it hadn't moved.)
- Drunken Master (Dragoneye: CG, 17/60): The Staggerability is unclear as written ("This creature can charge even if itdoes not move in a straight line"). To clarify, the Drunken Master cancharge even without a clear straight path to its target, and it doesnot have to take the shortest path to its target. The Drunken Master'scharges are still subject to other normal charge restrictions: It cancharge only the nearest enemy, it must move at least 2 squares, and itcannot move through difficult terrain or allied creatures.
- Purple Dragon Knight (Dragoneye: LG, 07/60): TheCommander Effect should be worded as follows: "Successfully ralliedfollowers can take their turn normally after rallying."
- Troglodyte (Dragoneye: CE, 60/60): Stench specialability--add the word "living" before the word "creatures."

Every [Dragoneye] booster contains a set checklist. We areusing the back of the checklist for rules or information. The checklistis only half a page but we used this real estate to list the few thingsthat we corrected when we printed the Miniatures handbook. ForDragoneye these are things that are in the FAQ or Errata already, andthis lets our off-line players get the information.

Now that there has been a decision, we want to letpeople know that a rare mini from Dragoneye, the Black Dragon (44/60),is going to appear in a future non-random D&D product. Moreinformation will appear closer to that product's release. In theunlikely event of a change in plan, we'll let you know right away.
